Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº Äڷγª19 ÆÒµ¥¹Í »óȲ¿¡¼­ °£È£?°£º´ÅëÇÕ¼­ºñ½ºº´µ¿¿¡¼­ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â °£È£»çÀÇ °¨¿°°ü¸®¼öÇà¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Á¶Á÷¹®È­, ¹æ¾îȯ°æ, °¨¿°°ü¸®ÀÇ Á߿伺¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¿µÇâÀ» È®ÀÎÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: 2021³â 3¿ù 15ÀϺÎÅÍ 2021³â 4¿ù 3ÀϱîÁö 4°³ Á¾ÇÕº´¿øÀÇ °£È£?°£º´ÅëÇÕ¼­ºñ½ºº´µ¿¿¡¼­ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â °£È£»ç 107¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÀڷḦ ¼öÁýÇÏ¿´´Ù. À§°èÀû ´ÙÁßȸ±ÍºÐ¼®À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© °¨¿°°ü¸®¼öÇà¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀ» ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: °£È£?°£º´ÅëÇÕ¼­ºñ½ºº´µ¿ °£È£»çÀÇ °¨¿°°ü¸®¼öÇà¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀº Áß¿äµµ ÀνÄ(¥â=0.55), ¿Ü°úº´µ¿ ±Ù¹«(¥â=0.29), °¨¿°°ü¸® Á¶Á÷¹®È­(¥â=0.25)À̾ú´Ù. ÃÑ ¼³¸í·ÂÀº 46%¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð: °£È£?°£º´ÅëÇÕ¼­ºñ½ºº´µ¿ °£È£»çÀÇ °¨¿°°ü¸® ¼º°ú¸¦ ³ôÀ̱â À§Çؼ­´Â °£È£»çµéÀÌ ÆÀÀÇ ¸®´õ·Î¼­ ±àÁ¤ÀûÀÎ °¨¿°°ü¸® Á¶Á÷¹®È­¸¦ Çü¼ºÇÒ ÇÊ¿ä°¡ ÀÖ´Ù. ¾Æ¿ï·¯ Äڷγª19ÀÇ À§Ç輺¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °æ°¢½ÉÀ» °­È­ÇÏ°í ¹æ¾îȯ°æÀ» º¸´Ù ½±°Ô ÀÌ¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ¹æ¾ÈÀ» °­±¸ÇØ¾ß ÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the factors influencing the infection control performance of nurses working in comprehensive nursing care service wards during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.

Methods: Data were collected from 107 nurses working in the comprehensive nursing care service unit at four general hospitals from March 15 to April 3, 2021. Factors influencing infection control performance were analyzed using hierarchical multiple regression analysis.

Results: Awareness of importance (¥â=0.55), surgical ward (¥â=0.29), and infection control organizational culture (¥â=0.25) were the factors affecting the infection control performance of nurses working in comprehensive nursing care service wards. The total explanatory power was 46%.

Conclusion: Nurses must establish a positive infection control organizational culture as leaders in team leaders to enhance the infection control performance of nurses working in comprehensive nursing care service wardss. Moreover, the awareness of the risks of COVID-19 and ways to use the defense environment more efficiently should be strengthened.
